In Hebrew, Paul means “small” and Perez means “breakthrough.” True to my name, I specialize in helping individuals and organizations move from where they are to where they want to be. I'm a physician/health economist/coach/writer who works with physicians, healthcare organizations, and health care leaders in the United States and Europe. I have been educated at the London School of Economics, Universities of Colorado and Utah, and Texas A&M College of Medicine. I particularly enjoy working with physicians and health care leaders who are having problems managing conflicts, those who may be searching for a change in their careers, or wanting to prepare for leadership positions, as well as organizations seeking consultation on wellness and strategic initiatives.
