Since 2006, Dr. Exposé has been a strong asset working for various organizations across the nation. He is highly valued and respected by administrative and physician executive leaders because of his expertise in organizational behavior and leadership development. As an expert on organizational performance, he has facilitated over 30,000 training hours on leadership topics such as, organizational culture, emotional intelligence, psychology of teams, communication strategies, and workplace conflicts. In addition, he has created and led 14 physician leadership development programs and three administrative leadership academies. In addition, he has delivered leadership development to the National Medical Association (NMA) physician executive audience. Due to his decade-long accomplished track record of working with senior executives, many seasoned I/O professionals have ranked him in the top 10 percent of the I/O psychology field.
