If you like the idea of collaborating more regularly with PCI Grads, we are launching a new “PCI Grad Mastermind” approach.
Starting with a group launching on Thursday December 5, 2019 you can join a 6-month “PCI Grad Mastermind Group” that will meet 1.5-2 hours a month for 6 months. Administratively supported by PCI, the “Winter PCI Grad Mastermind” will require a minimum enrollment of 8 participants to launch.* The next opportunity to join a PCI Grad Mastermind group will be June 2020, with the “Spring PCI Grad Mastermind.”
This new learning network will be modeled somewhat on the mentoring and collaborative learning model developed by University of New Mexico Project ECHO of “all teach, all learn.” As a Mastermind participant, you are expected to bring YOUR ideas, challenges, cases, coaching, and/or recommendations to the group as part of a structured co-mentoring approach. PCI faculty will be available initially to facilitate the first Mastermind meeting to introduce the Mastermind Group format; after that, the group will self manage.
*There is a $150 administrative off-set fee for each participant, which covers PCI’s 6-month administrative expenses for initial group enrollment, Zoom video-conference, monthly meeting reminders, and maintenance of the Mastermind Group dropbox.
A shared Dropbox folder will be set up for the Mastermind Group participants to share whatever they want to share, and to upload meeting audio replays. [Not included in the PCI Grad Mastermind group is new PCI content, PCI faculty teaching or mentoring, access to the PCI cohort web portal, or additional administrative assistance.]
The first PCI Mastermind Group meeting will be Thursday, December 5th @ 10:00 AM -12:00 PM PT; meeting times after this may change according to the preference of the group.
