Francine R. Gaillour, MD, MBA, FAAPL, PCC

A master executive coach for physicians, Dr. Francine Gaillour founded the Physician Coaching Institute in 2005.

Dr. Gaillour has twenty years experience coaching physicians who are struggling with the reality of a medical career path or leadership trajectory gone flat. The author of the “Physician, Reinvent Thyself!” she has helped many physicians discover and develop their dormant talents, unique strengths, and long-forgotten dreams, to retool their career and begin a new journey that takes full advantage of the energy and smarts they possess.

Her medical training was at the University of New Mexico School of Medicine, where she was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society. Dr. Gaillour completed her Internal Medicine Residency at the University of Washington.  She earn an MBA from the University of Tennessee Physician Executive MBA (PEMBA) program.  Her executive coach training was through the Academy for Coach Training and the Graduate School of Corporate Coaching. Dr. Gaillour has earned the Professional Certified Coach credential from the International Coach Federation.

Well versed in medical management issues, Dr. Gaillour is a Fellow and former Board Member of the American Association of Physician Leaders.  She earned the  AAPL’s Certified Physician Executive (CPE) credential as well as the Certificate in Healthcare Information Technology.

An experienced speaker, Dr. Gaillour has provided many healthcare audiences enriching speaking programs on topics related to physician coaching.
