Description
PCI Grads are invited to enroll in a 6-month program of monthly coaching and discussions on topics that YOU bring to group. Facilitated by Francine Gaillour, these monthly meetings are designed so you and your colleagues can tee up YOUR specific opportunities, challenges or ideas as a coach.
—————–
From the many years of mentoring/coaching our grads, I find that most breakthroughs are related to YOU being more aligned with YOU — your authenticity, uniqueness, and natural confidence!
My intention is that this 6-month engagement with your colleagues will support you in developing insights about the areas that may be holding you back and the confidence to experiment or be bold. I also want to support you in refining your unique take on YOU as coach. This can translate into how you promote yourself as a coach, what opportunities you might take advantage that are aligned with YOU, and how you become more authentically engaged with coaching itself.
There are no lectures or new content. Rather, you will receive coaching/mentoring from the entire group as well as Francine. We will have a structure for each Meeting and for Accountability between meetings. YOU are the topic du jour, and we are all here to support you. Prior to the launch, we’ll send you a Doodle poll to get your input on topics of interest.
Who is this Mastermind for?
PCI Grad Mastermind is an opportunity for:
- Grads who have been developing their coaching practice and want camaraderie and structured monthly support.
- Grads who have achieved milestones in their business and want to stay abreast of what’s happening and perhaps get new ideas.
- Grads who recently completed training and want to maintain momentum as they develop their coaching practice.
What happens during the monthly meetings?
Each 1.5-hour mastermind meeting we’ll open up with a 5-minute Centering to Wisdom; then a 30-minute segment with one person in the Queen’s/King’s seat for coaching/mentoring with discussion; then a second 30-minute segment with a new person taking the Queen’s/King’s seat for coaching/mentoring. Insights, Summation and Action Plans will wrap up the meeting — what do you want to commit to before our next meeting. The format for the Mastermind is also flexible — the group will co-create!
When will the Mastermind launch?
We will kickoff the first of 6 meetings in mid to late February 2022; we will finalize the date and time for the first meeting once we get input from the full roster. Follow up meetings will probably be on the same day/time (monthly).
How many people will be in the group?
This PCI Grad Mastermind will have ~six to eight people (minimum of 6 to launch). If enrollment interest is strong, we will form two groups.
Are there learning materials?
PCI will set up a shared Dropbox folder for the group where everyone can upload articles or resources of interest. Audio replays of the meetings will also be uploaded. PCI will also host the Zoom video-conference line and send out reminders. Otherwise, there is no access to the online PCI Student Portal or additional PCI administrative support.
Will 1-1 coaching be included?
Participants are encouraged to connect with each other for additional coaching and collaboration in between the monthly meetings. You can also schedule two 40-minute one-to-one coaching sessions with Francine.
What is the PCI Grad Mastermind program fee?
This is a new program for our grads so we wanted to establish a program fee in alignment with both the commitment required to be a participant, receiving and offering support; also factored in to the value is being part of this exclusive grad mastermind. For this first PCI Grad Mastermind, the fee is $695 for the 6-month commitment. Your program fee will be gladly refunded up to 1 week prior to the launch. Also, if we don’t have our minimum 8 participants, your fee will be refunded.
Are CCE credits available?
PCI has designated this program as eligible for 9-15 CCEs in the category of Resource Development. If you are a clinician, this is self-directed professional development and you may be eligible to claim Cat 2 or 5 CME credit.
