Dr. Robyn Alley-Hay is a women’s empowerment coach, physician coach, speaker, and author.
Robyn's coaching interests include working with doctors that are up to growing; whether that be entering leadership, taking on a large project, or having a balanced and fulfilled life as a doctor and a mother. Power, purpose, and clarity are the bedrock of her coaching process. Self-care, leadership and communication skills are the tools she employs to support her clients in attaining a life that is fulfilling instead of draining.
Mother of four, she knows first hand the challenges of pregnancy, giving birth and being a parent.
Dr. Alley-Hay has published in Physician Outlook magazine, KevinMD, and Medpage Today. Her heart and soul are nurtured by the ob-gyn work she does with Tibetan Buddhist women and girls through an NGO blessed by His Holiness, the 14th Dalai Lama.
She is currently living in Dallas,Texas, with her husband, longhorn cows, goats, dogs, cats, several chickens and one duck.
She is a graduate of the University of Kansas School of Medicine, did her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Kansas, Wichita, is a Certified Physician Development Coach, co-founder of Physician Coaching Alliance, and a Fellow at the Institute of Coaching.
