Rob has presented nationally at the American Society for Training and Development and the American Management Association. He has presented locally to a wide variety of organizations and meetings. The Wall Street Journal quoted him and the Fast Company website featured him. In addition to delivering leadership workshops at the MIT Sloan School of Management, Rob has been a guest lecturer at Bentley College, Harvard University, Simmons College and Tufts University. He co-authored Command Effectiveness in the U.S. Navy.

Education and Credentials:

Rob earned his A.B. from Harvard College and his MBA from the Yale University School of Management. He is a Certified Professional Coach and a Certified Physician Development Coach. A native of Beaufort, South Carolina, Rob lives in the Boston area with his wife and two daughters. He is an active leader in several professional and not-for-profit organizations, which includes his being elected to the Board of Directors of the Yale School of Management Alumni Association. Rob received the alumni association’s first leadership award in recognition of his contributions.
