Dr. Nancy Sobel is an executive coach, advisor, consultant and group facilitator. Her firm, LeaderSupport, is established on a model of self-sustaining leadership, qualities inherent in everyone.

Dr. Sobel works with top line leaders, managers and their teams, honing their own senses of clarity, purpose and authentic expression to develop his/her own full potential and that of their organizations. She believes that true leadership is the ultimate in flexibility and succession planning.

Education and Credentials:

Nancy holds an MD and PhD of the University of Chicago, completed her Ob/Gyn training at Yale New Haven Hospital, and has been a board-certified since 1991. After nearly a decade of clinical practice concentrating in women’s healthcare and biochemical endocrinology she earned her MBA from the Simmons College Graduate School of Management in 1997 and completed her advanced physician development certification from the Physician Coaching Institute in 2010. Before adding executive coaching to her entrepreneurial repertoire she held academic appointments in Ob/Gyn and Reproductive Biology at Harvard Medical School, Northeastern University, and Tufts University School of Medicine.
