Expert Overview

Maria Kokas has focused her career on listening to, challenging and guiding individuals toward their full potential.

Her core belief: What we need is within each of us. Our goal should be to tap into those resources to enrich our personal and professional lives.

Maria has more than a decade of healthcare experience in public health, clinical and academic research settings. In addition she has worked extensively in the public and private sectors as well as public and private education. Her work has spanned development of people and programs from preschoolers to CEOs; unskilled workers to medical researchers; public assistance to endowed private programs. Currently, she supports the learning systems for 48 medical residency programs.

Maria earned her PhD 2009 with a concentration in Performance Improvement, Layoff and Re-employment. She also holds a Masters Degree in Human Nutrition.
