I want to serve my clients by helping them traverse their paths from surviving to thriving. My ideal client is early to mid-career physician or APP who is ready to clarify or revive their passion for medicine and life. Coaching is an opportunity to bring hope, vision, and inspiration. We are never stuck!

I thought I was alone in my struggles with burnout during residency. Taking years to recover, I was excited to find mentorship and peer coaching in medicine, an opportunity to walk beside my colleagues and offer them an alternate path. I was introduced to coaching through the American Academy of Physician Leadership and started peer and new provider mentoring in my hospitalist group and continued to learn strategies to combat burnout through Dike Drummond's Quadruple Aim Physician Leadership Retreat. I then went on to physician development coach certification through Physician Coaching Institute in 2021. Life is a journey. It has been so helpful to discover that I’m not alone on that journey. I want to accompany, challenge, and celebrate my clients as they explore where they are and take steps toward where they want to be.

I am a board-certified internist having practiced traditional Internal Medicine for 6 years before transitioning to Hospital Medicine in 2010. Since 2014, I have been a champion for physician wellness at Confluence Health in Wenatchee, WA where I am currently Director of Provider Experience and a Certified Physician Development Coach. I am a voice for system change in the organization to improve the lives of our providers, coordinate collegial connection, education, coaching and support.

Currently I coach internal Confluence Health providers.
