Joy is President of Viewfinder Coaching and Consulting, LLC (www.viewfindercoaching.com) and is an Executive and Physician Leadership Coach. Joy’s work has included executive, leadership and physician coaching to support culture change and improve team effectiveness. She has created and implemented executive onboarding systems to ensure successful assimilation to new roles and organizations. She has facilitated process improvement and rapid cycle change teams. Joy is an affiliate coach with Wiederhold & Associates, and The Physician Leadership Institute. Joy is also a mentor coach for an internal coach- training program at a national healthcare system.

Joy’s background in nursing, leadership and organizational development, and process improvement, and over 30 years’ of healthcare experience makes her an expert in the dynamics impacting healthcare and physician leaders.
