Background and Experience:

Brad is a licensed psychotherapist, trauma specialist, and certified developmental executive and physician consultant. Self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and trust-based relationships are the foundation of his work. He provides value through a unique blend of “hard” and “soft” skills, using evidence-tested coaching techniques to methodically empower executives and physicians toward higher levels of adult development. His goal is to empower his clients with the structures and the tools to thrive in complex environments.

Brad uses a coaching process designed to attain deeply sought changes so you can reach your most important improvement goals. The hidden, internal dynamic stopping you from making the changes you want to make is called an immunity to change. Brad can take you from feeling stuck to being free.

When he’s not working with executives and physicians, Brad loves long walks around Minneapolis’ beautiful city lakes with his wife and best friend Kelly. He has two college-aged children of whom he is very proud. He loves to travel, especially Paris, France, and he has a cat named Kwaja.
