My clients are physicians and other health care leaders who have recognized a need and have a strong desire to enhance their leadership effectiveness. Often these individuals are seeking help in overcoming a leadership challenge, or may be moving through a critical career transition to take on a new, expanded role, (from operations into a systems role, clinical into administrative, or management into an executive role.) These transitions require a significant transformation in one’s approach to leadership.

I help my clients identify their drivers, leverage their strengths and surface potential derailers that threaten to become barriers to success. I also offer guidance as they transform their thinking around time management, work values, and business skills required for success at each new level of leadership.

A successful leader is a healthy leader - mentally, physically, and emotionally. Because our professional and personal lives are inextricably linked, I promote a holistic approach to leadership. I help my clients clarify their own personal values and align their intentions to achieve the results that are most important to them and to their organizations. Together we create and implement a development plan focused on critical success factors necessary to create those results.
