Training Pathways and Schedule

The Physician Coaching Institute’s mission is to create a culture of coaching in healthcare.   In support of our mission, each of our training programs aims to equip every member of the healthcare team with coaching skills appropriate to their role. Moreover, our training path offers an opportunity for participants to advance their coaching skills, should they chose.

We conduct our advanced level training, the 6-month the Certified Physician Development Coach training, twice a year, with cohorts starting in the Fall and Spring.  Our Healthcare Peer Coaching Fundamentals, which meets the 15-hour coach training prerequisite for enrolling in the advanced training, is conducted four times a year.
