Certified Healthcare Leader Peer Coach™

The Physician Coaching Institute is pleased to offer a coaching skills development program for healthcare leaders. Created in response to the common hurdles clinical leaders face when engaging and communicating with their peers, this 3-month training program equips leaders with specific coaching competencies to improve their personal effectiveness, promote authentic communication, and positively impact their organization.
