Laurel Martino is the Director of Organizational Development & Learning and the Director of the Internal Coaching Program. She brings over 20 years’ experience in organizational development and human resources primarily in healthcare. As Director of ODL, Laurel establishes the strategic direction of the department, including developing the internal capacity to lead and manage through change, consulting and coaching with leaders and assessing and meeting the learning and development needs of the practice. Prior to joining Harvard Vanguard, Laurel’s broad experience included partnering with senior leaders to drive system-wide change, developing succession planning strategies, executive coaching, leadership development, retreat planning and talent management.
Laurel has both a M.Ed. and a BA from Boston University and a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from the Massachusetts School of Professional Psychology. She is a certified facilitator, is MBTI qualified, and holds certifications in EQ-I (Emotional Intelligence Inventory) Lominger Competencies and Lominger Voices 360 Feedback tool.
