Background and Experience

My background is unique among coaches in that I bring a depth of experience in both organizational business planning and professional development. I have over 20 years of Fortune 100-500 corporate experience working first internally, then externally, with mid-level and senior management in the areas of strategic planning, leadership and team development and executive coaching. As a result, I believe the scope of my experience benefits the clients I work both organizationally and personally. In the last five years, I have been privileged to work extensively within the field of healthcare, coaching aspiring or current administrative and physician leaders to increase their leadership and interpersonal skills.

Education and Credentials

I studied at Michigan State University and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Wayne State University, Detroit, Michigan, Summa Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa. I am a graduate corporate coach of Coach U and the Planned Change Internship, a one-year intensive organizational and change management program, directed by Larry Lippett, Ph.D. & Sylvia Lippett, Ph.D., The University of Michigan.

I hold the designation of Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation. I am also a Certified Professional Behavior Analyst with TTI International, one of the pioneers in behavioral assessment as well as a Certified Physician Development Coach through the Physician Coaching Institute. Additionally I am a graduate of the EDS Leadership Development Program.

I am a member in good standing of the International Coach Federation and the Professional Coaches Association of Michigan. For the last four years I have been a member of the Executive Committee of the Small Business Association of Michigan, the nation’s largest state small business association. I am also a published author and presenter on leadership related subjects.
