Jane Dowd is a well-respected learning and organization development professional with over 20 years of experience in different segments of the healthcare industry, including hospitals, physician practices, associations, pharmaceuticals and health manufacturing. Jane is a founding member of the Healthcare Education Executives Affinity group as well as a leader in the Chicagoland Learning Leaders and Chief Learning officer professional networks.

In addition to her skills in personal, team and organizational development, Jane has extensive leadership experience, including leading 58 employees across multiple teams. Jane led all aspects of training and communication for a major organization-wide change effort – the implementation of the country’s first comprehensive electronic health record. She has taught multiple leadership subjects and coached extensively on presentation skills. Jane is experienced in leading organization change efforts, facilitating groups and consulting on team effectiveness. She has held multiple corporate leadership positions, including over 10 years as the Chief Learning Officer with NorthShore University HealthSystem where she served as an internal advisor and consultant to senior leadership, managers, teams and employees to improve performance and drive change.
