Elaine is an organizational coach, group facilitator, and consultant in the areas of leadership development, managing relationships at work, and formal and informal communications. Once responsible for the development and oversight of a corporate talent identification and executive development function for a Fortune 100 organization, Elaine combines her expertise in talent management with her skills, experience, and passion for working with executives in key positions and high potential employees ascending in their careers.

Elaine has worked with organizations in multiple industries, including finance, telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, government, social services, technology, and professional services – working with individuals in multiple disciplines. She is also an adjunct instructor at both Cornell University’s ILR School and Rutgers Center for Management Development. Working with hundreds of managers and executives every year, she has a unique ability to keep a finger on the pulse of the needs and challenges of professionals and leaders in all types of work environments – nationally and globally.
