Thrive to Lead was created for physicians and non-physician professionals who are looking to develop and implement work/life strategies that optimize workplace performance and well-being. Thrive to Lead Coaching Services provide the encouragement, support and resources that are needed to harness and direct talents and energy in directions that create resilience, inspiration and success both in and outside of the workplace.

Client and Business Focus:

With ever increasing demands on time and attention, escalating stress levels, and changing job expectations, it can become increasingly difficult for busy professionals to feel that they are successfully functioning in the most vibrant, creative, productive and sustainable ways possible. I work with clients to create a framework that incorporates creativity, leadership and wellness skills into a personalized plan that is clearly actionable with meaningful outcomes in terms of workplace performance and satisfaction, and overall well-being.

Background and Experience:

Jackie Huntly has over 20 years experience in both clinical and academic settings. She trained and practiced in women’s wellness, family practice and preventive medicine. She has been Director of a Women’s Wellness Center, and has held faculty teaching jobs in two university settings. Thrive to Lead grew out of her first coaching business, Skye Consulting. She began Skye Consulting in 2007, with a particular focus on stress management. She has expanded her focus to help professionals take an in depth look at the mindset and skills that are needed to achieve optimal workplace performance, while still maintaining health and well-being.

Dr. Huntly graduated from the University of Birmingham Medical School in England. She completed two years of Family Practice rotations in England and a further year in Family Practice at the University of North Carolina Medical School.
