Forget the website listed above because although I have all the content, I need to get in gear and put it up.

As for the podcast, I have a recent experience that supports exactly what you said. Following a serious accident that could have killed me in the mountains and in a ravine in the forest, in non technical terms, I tore the ball of the top of the humerus and had emergency trauma surgery in Denver. I wrote the surgeon, the nursing staff and the Hospital CEO thanking them for quality of care and overall fine work. This small act of kindness was generously acknowledged by all recipients and has turned into a very likely coaching business opportunity. The head of the department of orthopedics is fascinated with the work I do and wants to begin a dialogue that may well lead to assessments, coaching and open the door to a new major healthcare market opportunity in a new city.

SAKS (small acts of kindness) work!

    Regards,

    Jack
